An automated HTTP request sent to a URL you register, fired the moment an event happens - such as a respondent completing a survey - so external systems can react immediately.
Weighted average
An average that accounts for how many responses fall at each point on a scale, rather than just counting how many chose the top options - used alongside CSAT to show the full distribution.
